When you send us an email through our website, we take steps to protect your privacy.

If our reply to your email contains personal information, we have to respond to you by regular mail. This is a requirement of the Ontario Government’s privacy laws.

Here are some examples of personal information:

• any identifying information such as a social insurance number (SIN) or a health card number (OHIP)
• your financial history
• your medical history.

If you contact us, we will not put your name on any mailing lists.
