Some documents are not available for viewing to comply with the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. These records will be identified with a message when you click on the DocID.

Records containing sensitive content are only available in a reading room. Adults 18 and over can view documents in person in a Reading Room in Toronto. This service is free. Recording devices (such as cameras, hand held mobile devices, tablets, etc.) are not permitted. To make an appointment, contact Cate Parker at 416-327-6101.

The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and the Personal Health Information Protection Act requires that personal information be removed to protect individual privacy.
