2010 Empanelment of Private Bar Lawyers
The Ministry of the Attorney General is seeking applications from qualified lawyers to join the province-wide panel of lawyers providing legal services on behalf of the Director of the Family Responsibility Office.

The Canadian courts recognize that the financial responsibilities of parents to their children and one spouse to another do not end with separation and divorce.
The courts regularly award support orders and file agreements that require:
- parents to continue to provide for their families, and
- spouses to continue to provide for their former partners.
The Family Responsibility Office helps people meet their child and spousal support responsibilities.
