Completing, saving and printing PDF Forms
These instructions apply to both regular and large print PDF forms.
Completing the forms
If you are applying for ODSP Employment Supports, you can complete your application forms in one of two ways:
- You can fill out the application package on your computer screen and then print them once you have completed them; or
- You can print copies of the blank forms and complete them by hand.
Before you start, you may wish to read the instructions on how to complete and submit your forms.
When you have completed your applications forms, you must sign the forms and submit them to your local ODSP Employment Supports office by mail, in person or by fax.
If you decide to fill-in these forms on your computer screen,
- Click on the form title to open the form.
- Click on the first answer space and begin typing your information.
- Use the TAB key on your keyboard to move to the next box. You can use the SHIFT/TAB to move back.
- You can also use your cursor to move from field to field.
- Click your mouse or press the ENTER key to fill in "checkboxes".
- Once you have completed each form, you may wish to go over your information to make sure it is correct. Then you can print the form. You may also want to print each page as you complete it, so you don't lose your information.
Saving the forms
Important: Acrobat Reader will not allow you to save an electronic copy of a completed form. You should always print a copy of the completed form before closing the file.
Please remember that you are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all the information you provide on forms.
Printing the forms
You can print these forms by clicking on the "printer" icon just above the top of the form. Do not use the Print function under "File" in the drop down menu at the top of the screen.
