Subscribe to the Ministry of Community and Social Services RSS feed to get news and information delivered right to your desktop.

Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is a format used for delivering web content to subscribers of a news/information feed. Each feed includes the date, title, summary and a link to the full article. To view the full article, simply click on the headline.

Why use RSS?

  • You can decide what news and information you want to receive.
  • You can determine when you get your news. You can customize your news reader to fetch the news every five minutes, every hour, whatever you want.

To subscribe:

  • Download an RSS reader and install it on your computer. There are many free readers available on the Internet. View a list of news readers www.aggcompare.com. Or you can use Google Reader to manage your RSS feed content. You do not need to install any software, but you do need to create an account with Google. To learn more, visit www.google.com/reader.
  • After installing the RSS reader:
    • click on the Ministry of Community and Social Services Updates RSS feed link below
    • copy the RSS feed URL from the Address line in your browser
    • launch your reader
    • paste the RSS feed URL into an "Add New Feed" window.
