Community service providers in locations all over Ontario provide the goods and services available from the Ontario Disability Support Program Employment Supports.

If you are eligible to receive Employment Supports, Ontario Disability Support Program staff will link you to the service provider of your choice.

You will work with your service provider to:

• identify an employment goal
• develop an action plan
• figure out the supports you need to achieve your goal.
