You can cancel your request for an Internal Review at any time before you receive your decision.
If you decide to cancel the Internal Review, you should let your local Ontario Disability Support Program office know right away. You can call first to let us know that you want stop the Internal Review. You will also have to follow up in writing.
You should know that if you cancel your request, you cannot appeal the same decision to the Social Benefits Tribunal at a later time.
There are two ways to cancel your request:

fill out a Request for Withdrawal of Internal Review form, or

write a letter.
If you write a letter, make sure you say that you want to cancel your Internal Review and include your:
- member ID number (this is the number that is on your benefit statement or the letter you received from the Ontario Disability Support Program)
- date of birth (day, month, year).
