FAMILY BENEFITS ACT

R.S.O. 1990, c. F.2

The Family Benefits Act allows for the administration and payment of Family Benefits to sole support parents in need who meet the criteria under the Act. It is administered by the province through the Ministry of Community and Social Services. Applications for benefits are no longer accepted under this Act.
