FAMILY RESPONSIBILITY AND SUPPORT ARREARS ENFORCEMENT AMENDMENT ACT, 2005

On June 13, 2005, the Family Responsibility and Support Arrears Enforcement Amendment Act, 2005 became law in Ontario. The act changes parts of the Family Responsibility and Support Arrears Enforcement Act, 1996.

The changes are explained in the Summary of Changes to the Family Responsibility and Support Arrears Enforcement Act, 1996.
