INDIAN WELFARE SERVICES ACT (SOCIAL ASSISTANCE)

R.S.O. 1990, c. I.4

The Indian Welfare Services Act provides that Indians resident in Ontario may be eligible for FBA (on the same basis as other residents) and permits cost-sharing agreements with Canada for social services provided to Indians.
