The Ontario Disability Support Program Act, 1997 provides income and employment supports to eligible persons with disabilities who meet the criteria under the Act. Applicants and recipients have a right of appeal to the Social Benefits Tribunal.
This Act received Royal Assent on November 28, 1997, and was proclaimed in force on June 1, 1998.
