Results of the Person-directed Planning Survey, June 2009
From February to April 2008, the ministry surveyed individuals, families and agencies to learn what people were looking for in person-directed planning services. We received 117 completed surveys.
Survey Results
We learned that:
- Planning is important to families
- There are a variety of planning services and perspectives on planning across Ontario
- Agencies want to improve planning and are willing to work together to create planning standards
- Planning standards should be broad and respect different regional needs
