Stair Ascension

The design is a temporary modular stair ascension device.

There is a platform — they’ll just wheel on and off.

So the advantage of the design is that not only rehab patients can use it; it’s portable so at buildings that are not accessible now they can just install the device.

So no longer would people with disabilities be barred from attending events just because of accessibility issues.

You don’t really appreciate how people with disabilities have to manage their lives until you become disabled.

I think if we tackle the accessibility issues, that will be our approach to include all people.
